一、完成期刊顶层设计。构建全球能源互联网是习近平主席站在全世界、全人类前途与命运高度提出的“中国倡议”,是顺应世界能源和技术变革的战略选择,得到国际社会高度赞誉和积极响应。相关专家学者围绕全球能源互联网理论研究和技术创新,在电力、能源、经济、政策等方面不断取得新进展、新成果。为此,合作组织创办了国际上唯一以全球能源互联网为主题公开发行的英文学术期刊——《全球能源互联网(英文)》,旨在新起点上搭建集学术创新、人才汇聚、成果转化于一体的新平台。同时,组建了期刊编辑部,优化栏目设置,明确期刊定位和发展方向。本刊得到国内外专家学者的高度关注,在凝聚各方合力推动全球能源互联网先进理念、关键技术和创新成果上发挥着积极作用。

1. Complete the top-level design of the journal. Focusing on the theoretical research and technological innovation of global energy interconnection, relevant experts and scholars have made new progresses and achieved new results in aspects such as electricity, energy, economy and policy, etc. continuously. Therefore, the cooperative organization has established the only international English academic journal with the theme of global energy interconnection, Global Energy Interconnection (English), aiming to build a new platform for academic innovation, talent gathering and achievement transformation at a new starting point. Meanwhile, it has established the journal editorial department, so as to optimize the column setting and clarify the journal positioning and development direction. This journal is highly concerned by experts and scholars at home and abroad, playing an active role in pooling the efforts of all parties and promoting advanced concepts, key technologies and innovative achievements of global energy interconnection.

二、拓展期刊稿源渠道。争取优质稿源是期刊初创阶段的首要任务,编辑部积极主动挖掘内外部潜力,开拓稿源。依托合作组织全球能源互联网国际大会、创新发展论坛等重要会议和论坛,组织技术专题征稿。加强与高校和研究机构对接,走访25所高校和16所科研机构,拜访知名教授和专家100余人,开展约稿工作。积极与能源领域国内外知名学术机构建立联系,赴IEEE中国代表处调研,交流办刊经验,与会议主办方沟通协商,将我刊作为今年11月举办的“IEEE能源互联网与能源系统集成学术会议”支持期刊。在第五届国际能源与气象学术会议、中国电机工程学会中国海上风电技术峰会、清洁能源发展与消纳专题研讨会等高端学术会议上联络专家学者,宣介期刊并约稿。广泛利用合作组织驻外机构约稿,在11个国家建立了16处海外征稿联络点,实现稿源渠道全球布局。

2. Expand channels of journal contributions. Contact experts and scholars to promote the journal and make contribution arrangement in high-end academic conferences such as the Fifth International Energy and Meteorology Academic Conference, China Offshore Wind Power Technology Summit of China Electrical Engineering Society and Clean Energy Development and Absorption Symposium, etc. Make extensive use of overseas agencies of cooperative organizations for contribution arrangement and establish 16 overseas contact points of contribution solicitation in 11 countries, so as to realize the global distribution of contribution source channels.

三、提升期刊学术质量。质量是期刊的生命线,是决定期刊影响力的根本因素。编辑部认真策划选题,有针对性地约稿组稿。严格执行“三审三校”制度,严把查重、初审、专家双盲审和修改复审等各个环节,确保稿件的学术水平和编校质量。根据研究领域细分专业,建立作者库和审稿专家库,凝聚了一批电力、能源、经济等领域的高水平专家。加强编辑队伍建设,全面提高编辑综合能力,建立统一的编辑标准与规范,提升编辑专业素质。开发投审稿信息系统,实现投审稿工作的信息化、自动化,提升编审出版工作的效率和质量。与《现代电力系统与清洁能源学报》《CSEE电力与能源系统学报》等能源能电力领域知名期刊开展同行交流,吸收先进办刊经验。定期向中国科协、新闻出版广电总局等管理部门汇报工作,期刊主编参加新闻出版广电总局举办的岗位培训并取得合格证书。

四、多渠道做好期刊发行。我刊在全球公开发行,每期纸质版发行量达7500册,覆盖有关国家政府部门和国际组织的管理人员、会员单位和能源企业的高管团队、咨询机构专家学者、科研院所研究人员、高等院校在校师生等。与爱思唯尔合作,通过开放获取的方式实现海外发行。与中国知网、万方数据和超星期刊三家学术文献平台建立数据库收录和数字出版合作,实现更广泛的网络传播。丰富阅览形式,满足移动阅读需求,设计了基于微信的图文浏览、语音介绍、作者-读者实时交流平台,订阅量突破4600人。与25所高校图书馆建立期刊收录机制,供师生阅览。

4. Publish the journal in multiple channels. Our journal is published in public around the world with a circulation of 7,500 hard copies per issue, covering management personnel of relevant national government departments and international organizations, member units and senior management teams of energy enterprises, experts and scholars of consultation institutions, researchers of research institutes and teachers and students of colleges and universities, etc. Cooperate with Elsevier to achieve overseas issuance through open access. Establish database collection and digital publishing cooperation with three academic literature platforms including CNKI, Wanfang Data and Superstar Journals Database, so as to realize wider network communication. Enrich the reading forms, meet the needs of mobile reading, design a WeChat-based picture and text browsing, voice introduction and writer-reader real-time communication platform and the number of subscriptions exceeds 4,600 people. 已出版的三期英文期刊中,共刊登论文36篇,其中院士论文6篇,千人计划、国务院特殊津贴等专家论文10篇,国家基金项目论文14篇。编辑部于第3期策划了“全球能源互联网建设与运营”专栏,取得积极反响,后续还策划了“全球能源互联网应对气候变化”和“新能源发电与储能”2期专刊,“大规模清洁能源开发”、“全球能源互联网电力市场和交易机制”和“电力电子化电力系统”3期专栏。
